Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the online store and services offered by Rockrider® Bike, Mountain Bike, Electric Bike. By accessing our website and making purchases, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

Rockrider® refers to the company Rockrider® Bike, Mountain Bike, Electric Bike and any subsidiaries or affiliated companies.

Customer refers to any user or purchaser of products or services offered by Rockrider® Bike, Mountain Bike, Electric Bike.

Website refers to the website located at rockriderbike.co.uk and any related mobile apps and services.

Products refers to cycling equipment, apparel, parts, and accessories listed for sale on our Website.

Order refers to a customer’s completed purchase from the Website, either as a one-time transaction or subscription.

2. Products & Pricing

  • Product pricing and availability on the Website is subject to change without notice. Errors may occur.
  • Product images, descriptions, and specifications on the Website are displayed in good faith and for illustration purposes only. Colors and sizes may vary slightly.
  • Certain products may have limited quantities or require special order. These products will be marked accordingly.
  • Prices displayed are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable. Total order charges for shipment, taxes, duties, etc will be displayed prior to checkout.
  • Promo codes must be entered at checkout to redeem discounts/offers. Limit one promo code per order. Codes cannot be applied after purchase is complete.
  • All credit/debit card and payment processing is handled securely by third-party processors. Rockrider® does not directly process or store full payment details.

3. Product Warranties

  • Rockrider® branded bikes and parts come with a standard 2-year warranty from date of purchase covering manufacturing defects. Non-branded products are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Warranty claims must be submitted along with proof of purchase. Photos/video of damaged products may be requested.
  • If a valid warranty claim is approved, the defective product will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at Rockrider®’s discretion, subject to availability of identical or comparable product.
  • Accidental damage, normal wear and tear, improper use, user error, external causes, and modifications void the warranty.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Purchases can be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to Rockrider® error.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving the return.
  • Sale items, bike frames, and custom orders cannot be returned or cancelled after purchase except for warranty claims.

5. Delivery

  • Products are shipped using trusted couriers to the address specified in your Order.
  • Estimated delivery timelines will be provided during checkout, but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for carrier delays or delivery failures.
  • A signature may be required upon delivery for certain products and orders. It is the customer’s responsibility to be available to accept deliveries or make alternate arrangements if needed.
  • Title and risk of loss transfers to the customer once shipment is collected by the carrier. Rockrider® is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages after handover to carrier. Insurance and tracking may be available for an added fee.
  • Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance. Rockrider® has no control over these charges.

6. Product Care & Use

  • Customers must follow all instructions, safety warnings, and care guidelines provided with bicycles and related products. Product manuals are available on the Website.
  • Proper helmet use is strongly recommended with all bikes. Cycling activities involve inherent risks and hazards that can result in injury. Customers assume all related risks and responsibilities.
  • Rockrider® cannot guarantee safety or performance if products are used incorrectly or altered from original condition. Components should only be replaced with genuine Rockrider® parts.
  • Customers are responsible for maintaining their bikes and components through regular inspection and service. Instructions for basic maintenance are provided, but we recommend professional tune-ups.

7. Account Registration

  • Customers have the option to register for a Website account to save payment methods, view order history, and manage subscriptions, reviews, and personal data.
  • Account usernames and passwords should be kept confidential at all times and account activity is the sole responsibility of the registrant. Rockrider® will not be liable for any unauthorized access to accounts.
  • Customers must provide accurate registration information and keep account details like email address up-to-date.
  • Rockrider® reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if these terms are violated.

8. Subscriptions

  • Ongoing deliveries, parts replacement, and bike storage services require a recurring paid subscription. Plans auto-renew until canceled by the customer or Rockrider®.
  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via account settings or by contacting customer support. Cancelled subscriptions will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Rockrider® reserves the right to modify subscription plans and pricing at any time. Active subscribers will receive reasonable notice of changes before the next renewal date.
  • Non-payment of subscriptions will result in account suspension. Rockrider® cannot guarantee product availability if subscriptions lapse.

9. User Content

  • Customers may have the option to post content like product reviews, photos, videos, ratings, Q&A, etc. This content must comply with the Website’s content guidelines and terms of use.
  • By submitting content, customers grant Rockrider® a perpetual, royalty-free license to reproduce, modify, distribute, and publicly display said content in any manner deemed appropriate by Rockrider®, including promotional purposes.
  • Rockrider® reserves the right to remove or reject any customer content that violates Website policies.

10. Copyright & Trademarks

  • All content published on the Website including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, product data, software, and site design is the exclusive property of Rockrider® Bike, Mountain Bike, Electric Bike and protected by UK and international copyright laws.
  • Rockrider® trademarks and branding may not be used without prior written consent. This includes website content, product images, and marketing materials.
  • Customers may not copy, modify, replicate, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit Website content without express permission. Doing so will violate copyright and trademark rights.

11. Disclaimers

  • Rockrider® strives for accuracy in all Website content but cannot guarantee it is complete, correct or error-free. The Website and related services are provided ‘as is’ without warranty of any kind.
  • Product specifications and availability information is provided ‘as is’ and may not reflect real-time inventory status.
  • Rockrider® disclaims any responsibility for harm or damages from Website content, products, or customer interactions with other users. Customers assume all responsibility when accessing the Website or purchasing products.
  • All direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of Website, Products or Services are disclaimed including lost profits, business interruption, loss of data or programs.

  • Rockrider® respects customer privacy and will use personal data submitted through the Website in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Customers should review the Privacy Policy prior to using the site or submitting information.

13. Limitation of Liability

  • Rockrider® will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of (or inability to use) the Website, Products, or Services – including indirect, consequential, special or incidental damages. This applies regardless of the legal theory used to assert a claim.
  • In no event will the collective liability of Rockrider® for claims relating to the Website, Products or Services exceed the amounts paid by a customer during the preceding year.

14. Indemnification

  • Customers agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless Rockrider® Bike, Mountain Bike, Electric Bike and its directors, officers, employees, and suppliers against all claims, damages, losses, and expenses – including legal fees – that arise from their use of the Website or Products in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms will be interpreted under the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms, Website use, or Product purchases will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in England and Wales. This does not limit Rockrider®’s right to commence proceedings in another competent jurisdiction.

16. Severability

  • If any part of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable under applicable law, that clause will be severed from the Terms but the remaining terms will continue unaffected.

17. Modifications

  • Rockrider® reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Website with an updated revision date. Customers should periodically review these terms for changes.
  • Continued use of the Website and purchases after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For significant changes, Rockrider® will notify registered customers by email.
